Shipping policy

All orders are produced and fulfilled on demand through our production partner, Gelato. This means each item is made specifically for you after an order is placed. We work with Gelato’s global network of production partners to ship orders as efficiently and locally as possible.

Our orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or high order volumes.

Shipping rates are calculated using Gelato’s flat-rate shipping system, which is based on: destination country or region; product type; production location; shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

We do not manually set shipping rates; all rates are automatically provided by Gelato’s shipping system.

Orders may be shipped internationally depending on the production location. Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order. In many cases, Gelato fulfils orders locally to reduce or eliminate customs charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to: customs clearance procedures; courier disruptions; peak seasonal demand; local delivery network delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities, but we will always assist in tracking your order if needed.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for: delays caused by incorrect addresses; lost or returned shipments due to incomplete information. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe: check your tracking link for updates. Contact the shipping carrier. Contact our support team for assistance. We will work with Gelato and the shipping carrier to investigate any missing orders.
