Refund policy

Returns

Biting Prints do not accept returns of orders. This is because we operate a print on demand service and can not facilitate a physical address to receive orders back to us.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving this item, so we can look into reimbursement options as quickly as possible.


New orders
If you receive a refund for an item that was deemed faulty and would like to place a new order, you will be charged the standard amount for product and shipping for your new order.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
We operate a made-to-order service and therefore the EU 14 day cooling off period for purchases does not apply. If you are dissatisfied with your product, you can utilise our contact channel to explore refund options with us.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
