  • As a print-on-demand store, we do not provide a return address or accept returns. However, you can see what to do if your order arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied with your order in our other FAQs.

  • Estimated delivery dates are subject to change and include both production time and shipping time from our print partner to the delivery address.

    An Estimation of your delivery date specific to you should be provided at checkout.

  • Currently, we ship to the UK, North America, and Europe.

  • We do not currently support a custom order delivery service, however this could be subject to change in the future.

  • If your order arrives damaged you must let us know within 10 days of receiving your order, so we can investigate with the courier promptly.

  • For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days from the estimated delivery date, so we can investigate with the courier promptly.

  • All of our hoodies and T-Shirts are printed using Direct-to-Garment. Our A5 greetings cards have a silk glossy finish.

  • You can find the correct care instructions and size guide attachments when you select a product in our store.
